All products are made to order and typically ship within 7–10 business days after purchase. Please note this production time does not include shipping transit time.

No. Because each product is custom-decorated on demand, all sales are final. Please double-check sizes, colors, and designs before placing your order. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days for review.

Once the freight carrier takes possession of your order, PHA Gear for the Trades is not responsible for damage or loss in transit. However, if your package arrives damaged, contact us with photos and your order number — we’ll work with you and the carrier to make things right.

No. Once your order enters production, it cannot be changed or canceled. Every order begins custom processing immediately to meet our 7–10 day lead time.

When you place an order, your chosen design is printed or embroidered specifically for you. This ensures high-quality decoration and eliminates waste from overstocking — meaning your gear is made just for you, every time.

Please refer to the Size Guide listed on each product page. If you’re between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up. Each apparel style may vary slightly in cut and material.
