2. Products & Print-on-Demand Production

All PHA Gear for the Trades products are made to order. Each item is printed, embroidered, or otherwise decorated specifically for you at the time of purchase.

• Lead Time: Please allow 7–10 business days for production prior to shipping.
• Variations: Due to the print-on-demand nature, slight variations in color, size, and placement of designs may occur.
• Inventory: We do not stock pre-made items; all products are custom-produced.

3. No Refunds or Exchanges

Because each order is custom-made, all sales are final.

• No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted for reasons including size, color preference, or change of mind.
• Please verify all order details, including sizes and shipping information, before completing your purchase.
• In the rare event of a manufacturing defect or misprint, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can review and resolve the issue.

4. Shipping & Delivery

PHA Gear for the Trades partners with reputable carriers to deliver your products safely and on time.

• Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, PHA Gear for the Trades is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost items in transit.
• Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier takes possession of the shipment.
• If your package arrives damaged, contact the carrier immediately and email us at phagearforthetrades@gmail.com. We will assist in filing a claim and work with you toward a satisfactory resolution.

5. Order Cancellations

Due to the automated nature of our print-on-demand process, orders cannot be canceled or modified once submitted. Please double-check all details before confirming your order.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and content displayed on this site are the exclusive property of PHA Gear for the Trades and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or modification of our designs or logos is strictly prohibited.
• By purchasing, you do not obtain any rights to reproduce or distribute our artwork.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
